Big Kahuna Tiki Huts completed a project in Cape Canaveral FL.  We built a custom 27 foot hexagonal tiki hut using hand-carved cypress posts designed to look like bamboo. 

We also built a custom tiki bar using the hand-carved cypress posts designed to look like bamboo.  On the front of the tiki bar we used the big bamboo.  The bar countertop was custom designed to include space for a firepit in the middle of the bar top.  A bamboo footrest was installed.  The tiki bar was stained and polyurethane was applied.

Big Kahuna Tiki Huts just completed a project for a client in Citra FL.  We built a custom 25 foot x 20 foot tiki hut.  The client wanted the main posts to have custom designed hand-carved designs in the main support posts.

We also built a custom tiki bar with hand-carved designs built into the tiki bar.

Big Kahuna Tiki Huts was honored to be awarded to do a project for one of the Disney Resorts in Orlando FL.  We built 9 custom designed 12 foot x 10 foot tiki hut style cabanas.   Each cabana will be equipped with LCD TV’s and will have curtains installed for privacy.

Each tiki hut had hand-carved cypress posts designed to look-like bamboo.  We used solid cypress poles that had been hewn to a smooth finish.  The thatched roofs were made from fresh cut Florida palm fronds. 

The project at the Disney Resort is still ongoing and as you can see in the last picture the other workers were already enjoying the shade that the tiki hut provides.

Big Kahuna Tiki Huts had the pleasure of working with a client in St. Louis, Missouri.  Our team of thatchers hauled fresh cut Florida palm fronds all the way to Missouri to rethatch three tiki huts. 

Our thatchers removed the old palm fronds, hauled away the palm frond debris, and rethatched the tiki huts using fresh cut Florida palm fronds individually attaching them to the purlins using 2″ galvanized staples.

Big Kahuna Tiki Huts & Tiki Bars just completed a project for a client in Florence SC.  We built a custom 20 foot x 20 foot tiki hut using cypress wood.  The tiki hut is thatched with fresh cut Florida palm fronds.  We also built a 16 foot tiki bar with three custom designed tiki gods built into the tiki bar. 

Our client was very excited to have the only tiki hut around.  It was a great addition to the lovely tropical oasis he has created in his backyard.  Now he feels like he can relax and start enjoying his paradise!

Big Kahuna Tiki Huts & Bars just completed a project for a client in Boca Raton FL.  We built a custom 14 foot x 10 foot tiki hut. 

In addition, under the completed tiki hut, Big Kahuna built an 18 foot U-shaped tiki bar.  Built into the tiki bar were four custom designed hand carved tiki gods. The tiki hut and tiki bar were built just in time to enjoy the “lazy days of summer.”

Big Kahuna Tiki Huts & Bars still completed a project for a client in Palm City FL.   First we built a custom 22 foot x 12 foot tiki hut using cypress wood.  Once we completed the tiki hut the customer decided to have us build a custom tiki bar that was a total of 16 linear feet.  We used bamboo on the front of the tiki bar and cypress for the tiki bar top along with half-round cypress on the bar edge.

Our customer was so excited by the project he wanted to be included in the photos.  He is now ready to start partying and enjoying his new outdoor living space.

Big Kahuna Tiki Huts & Bars just completed a custom built 23 foot tiki bar for a client in Lake Worth FL.  The tiki bar has bamboo, cypress countertop that is 2″ thick x 24″ wide.  The cypress countertop has half-round cypress on the bar edge.

The client couldn’t wait to install his bar equipment, so that he could get the party started!

Big Kahuna Tiki Huts has a customer in Southwest Ranches that has done an amazing job creating a beautiful backyard.  Check out the 20 foot x 13 foot tiki hut.  In addition they added two circular tiki huts.

When you walk through their backyard, you feel like you are vacationing at a resort.

Big Kahuna Tiki Huts built a custom tiki hut for a client.  Customers can create their own personal “living space” under their hut, like our customer did on the west coast of Florida.

They chose to create a relaxing outdoor living room under their hut.  They actually had two huts built, one for their outdoor living room area and one for their tiki bar.
